We wish to stop the use of Liverpool Care Pathway through the High Court granting a prohibitory injunction to stop the use of the LCP as it is a violation of a family's rights under Article 8 of the EU convention on human rights as the intervention of the LCP does not respect family values.We want the government to stop the use of Liverpool Care Pathway in all acute hospitals with immediate effect.
