Rejected petition To scrap the Driver CPC.

A petition to remove the recently introduced Driver CPC. It is a cost that the Haulage industry and drivers alike could do without with no real benifit on completion of the course. Inhouse training should be made compulsary instead with local small companies being able to work together to do this training to save costs.
