I/We the public/residents ask HM Government through Parliament and the adult voices of some 45million people for Central Government procurement/centralization of daily living expenses, which affects the population of 62 million.
example are utitilies, water, TV, fuel...... the main essitinals that all uk residents rely on as a basic standard of living.
