In the light of the current dynamic with 'Horses' and Horse meat. I would like to propose that there is recognition given to the position of the horse in man's society over centuries. And in the light of this fact that it be put into a place of sovereignity on this land of Great Britain and Ireland. Horses cannot be farmed for its' flesh or bred or exported to Europe and that the laws governing its well being and care can be implemented better and improved.
