The Welsh Assembly has declined the request to fund further eye surgery in England, for Allyn Stansfield, despite advisement from medical experts and the fact that this kind of surgery is not carried out in Wales. Therefore, the aim and objective of this petition is to get public support in hope of overturning their decision.
