Passenger Focus are a firewall put up by the rail operators to fend off rising customer anger and spread a false message of general satisfaction with the service they offer. This wholly useless body should be scrapped and replaced by a customer led body with powers to regulate the rail operators, withdraw franchises and investigate unhealthy relationships between ministers and the transport operators.
