Petition Dog breeding license

I petition for a dog breeding licensing so that owners will need to pay an appropriate fee.

Neutering prices need to come right down and dog breeding license needs to be bought in.

Breeding license will cover the cost of bringing the neutering costs down.

All dogs should be microchipped, this will help to reduce the number of strays, abandoned animals and promote responsible dog ownership.

All dogs that are micro chipped then sold on to a new home will have to notify the micro chip office.
You will have to Inform the office off Name and Address of new home. If not a £200 fine will be given.

This will stop fraud of dogs being sold on with micro chip, calling the police to claiming back the dog they sold.

If you need to re-home your animal you will also need to inform the office of Name and Address of new home. A mark will then go on your name to inform them you have re-homed for this reason
(Housing, Loss of job etc)
