This year Murray Walker is 90 years of age. He has served his country in the Armed Forces and he has made a lifelong contribution to serving sport going beyond retirement age to enthral motorsport fans as a dedicated professional commentator. The Honours System has overlooked him for many years and its time to ask the Prime Minister to recommend Murray Walker for a Knighthood. We the undersigned motorsport community and fans respectfully ask for this to occur in the next 2014 New Year honours.
