Petition MPs should have a published "Trustworthiness Index"
More details
In the same way that the general public have a Credit Rating which helps lending agencies decide whether a person is worthy for credit, Members of Parliament should have a Trustworthiness Index to help the general public to decide whether to vote for an MP.
The Trustworthiness Index should be a number ranged 0 - 10 and should be placed after an MPs name whenever mentioned in print, on television or radio and of couse next to their names on ballot sheets for voting.
The Trustworthiness Index should be maintained by an independent body. Keeping election promises raises the Trustworthiness Index. Renaging on promises, corruption in public and private life, fiddling expenses etc lower it.
