Petition Re-write human rights laws so that victims of terrorists have same human rights as terrorists.

At the moment human rights laws are more in favour of a terrorist than the terrorists victims.The terrorist victims and the safety of the public should be the laws and governments main priority,and terrorists should not be able to use human rights laws to escape justice .The government should have a right to over rule a court that does not take the publics human rights befor a terrorists.
