Rejected petition Report Sky To The Monopolies Commission

With Formula 1 now going to Sky like every other sport worth watching and all of them now being watched by a minority audience when poor hardworking families would like to be able to view them also.
Isn't it time the government reported Sky to the monopolies commission for review?
If it's good enough for BAA it's good enough for Sky.
