Petition Charge any politician who did not return his red box of office, with theft of public property.

It has been reported that many ex ministers have 'removed' their red box of office from the ownership of the public without authority. That is theft. All ex ministers who did that should have been brought up on a charge of 'theft of publicly owned property' WHY HAS IT NOT ALREADY HAPPENED?
