To rid our streets and public walkways of dog fouling
It should be made compulsory for all dogs to have their
dna taken to identify the irresponsible dog owners who fail to clean up after their pets.
The owners would be fined via post
would be a great way to raise revenue
and we would be raising it from people who are irresponsible and antisocial
