Rejected petition st georges day bank holiday

I beleive it is a matter of National pride that we should have St George`s day as a bank holiday, every other UK country has their saints day as a public holiday. I am aware of the impact of another bank holiday, so why not change one of the two May holidays we get to be on the 23rd April instead, therefore creating a National St George`s day holiday, and not increasing the number of non working days in the year.
