Provide a one off loan at Bank of England Base Rate that is to be used to pay of debt, or consolidation of debt.
In conjunction with money management, for people who are serious about getting out of dabt and may have a bad credit file, through no fault of there own.
Using best rates, over extended periods, such as a mortgage, this pays of lenders in full, creates a situation where debt free people can buget and spend again, whilst Government still makes money from people that can afford the loan.
