Amendment to HRAct
To avoid drawn out legal proceedings at public expense, amend HRA as follows:
When it falls to any Court,Tribunal, or other judicially appointed body to determine an application under the Human Rights Act, that Court etc. shall take into account in determining the application the affect that the conduct of the applicant has had upon the rights of other members of the community, both generally and individually, under this Act.
Such an amendment would permit consideration of both beneficial and detrimental conduct towards society.
