The Children's Commissioner has written a report "They Go the Extra Mile - Reducing inequality in school exclusions."
Illegal exclusions are unacceptable.
The Equality Act 2010 should be followed by all education professionals and given a higher priority compared to school league tables.
We want the Government to accept all the recommendations of the Children's Commissioner.
