Rejected petition footballer transfer stamp duty

a House is a basic human necessity. When we buy a house we are charged stamp duty. A footballer is an unnecessary luxury. I want the government to charge stamp duty at a high rate on football transfers so that the stamp duty on house purchase can be reduced. this would benefit the general public and at the same time bring some common sense to the most expensive transfers, while having minimal effect on smaller clubs.
