This Petition requests that all interns and 18-20 year olds in work are paid the full Minimum wage.
o Internships to allow young people to get experience are often without pay and as soon as they begin work, their Jobseekers Allowance stops. This situation is exploitation and excludes young people without financial support from family and friends.
o 18-20 year olds who are old enough to vote and fight for their country are paid a minimum wage of £4.98 per hr. Less than the full minimum wage of £6.91 per hr
