Petition introduce new legislation which will tax global companies a fixed percentage based on their sales in this country.

Stop these international from paying their fair share of tax. Simply introduce new legislation which forces them to pay a fixed percentage of their sales applicable in GB. Even if it's only 1% this will bring 1 million based on 100 million sales. This could be agreed globally with other countries so there could be no tax avoidance.
