Petition British Police and UK Law to be given powers to take affirmative proactive action on any group in the UK invoking hatred of nay kind

The police need to be given powers to have a zero tolerance policy in order to enable them to stop and take action against any group found to be preaching hatred or radicalization in any form whatsoever in the UK. This to include powers to, although not exclusive to; arresting and charging any group that incites violence against any other group of people, race, religion or sex, the handing out of literature in any form i public that incites violence and hatred, the closing down of religious centers found to be involved in the promotion of hatred and radicalization etc... and to take affirmative action where necessary to stop it from continuing.
