Petition Compulsory skills improvement centre for unemployed
More details
Skills centres should be created for the unemployed to attend to further develop and create new skills; this will increase potential employers desirability in the individual. It should be compulsory to attend mon - fri 9-5 and with no attendance their job centre money will be cut.
This will be the only way to increase people's skills therefore reducing unemployment rates.
