Government backed scheme that will pay the deposit for someone to buy their first house. On the provision that if they sell the house, any profit made will go back to the government to pay off the deposit. and they have to pay a service charge to the government on a monthly basis for the privilege.
I believe this would allow people to get on to the property ladder.
