Redundancy Payment Calculated by age This means older People get paid a higher rate than Younger People even though this appears to be age discrimination The government believes this is justified I believe in this day & age no matter of which age everyone faces the same struggle to find new employment I request the different payment amounts in age be stopped and everyone be paid the same amount regardless of age.
