if you earn £109week up to £148week you are covered tor benefits and pension for nil cost if you earn less than £109week in any job to cover national insurance it will cost you£13.55 so earning £108week cost £13.55week but earning more than £109week it is nil cost this is not fair the solution is the national insurance lower limit be set at 16hours times minimum wage and every person is covered
