That the House of Commons recognises the excellent work support staff do to assist MPs in their day to day constituency and Westminster work; recognises that most offices are understaffed with underpaid employees who have job security for a maximum of five years; and should debate the possibility of moving all MPs staff onto the same contract as level 3 civil servants.
