I recently found out that you do not have the right to remain silent if you're being investigated from either fraud or terrorism.

I personally feel this should be extended to include:

1. Drugs charges
2. Child abuse/child pornography charges
3. Rape charges
4. Murder charges
5. Copyright Infringment charges (unless that already falls under fraud)
