A tax credit style scheme should be implemented to calculate Child Support payments based on an individual cases complete financial circumstances, this will ensure that everyone pays what they can actually reasonably afford and not some bloated immovable figure that in most cases is higher than the actual cost of the child/childrens needs.

NRP's are also unable to include Child Support payments on any claim for financial aid, whilst the PWC does not have the monies received from Child Support taken into account. Therefore it is only fair that the NRP pays an amount based on their total take home income minus all essential outgoings... Rent, council tax, gas, electric, travel (to & from) work and (reasonable) food bills.
