Petition Deaf not getting their needs

I am profoundly deaf and I am fed up with people who keep telling me that I have to phone up to sort out the issue or make a sale or ignorance.
The companies like Virgin, Sky, Orange or of one the big company.
I want all the companies to provide the 'Direct Email for the Deaf' to the customer service and contact them and deaf people who want to sort out the issues straightaway. Companies should not allowed to have 'automatic reply' and tell us to use the phone and relies on hearing people to help us. We do not want that. We, as deaf people, want independent and can do ourself whatever the issues are.
