Petition Child maintenance into vouchers

Child maintenance is usually paid out to the parent that is looking after the child, the problem is that when the money has been handed over there is no guarantee the money will be spent on the children you are providing.
So the best way to do it is that ones you go through CSA they receive the money and release it in vouchers: food, clothes, school meals, transport to get back and forth to school and school uniforms.
Then every month the person paying CSA will get a receipt on what vouchers the money is going towards.
