Petition Prosecution of individuals working within care system

We call upon the government to amend the law temporarily to permit prosecution of individuals within the care and education systems where a series of events leads to the death of a child.
Whilst it may seem draconian and extreme the law should remain in place until all agencies develop and implement efficient and fit for purpose procedures which allow information sharing and a joined up approach to social care.
