Fact. If your loved one goes into a Care/Nursing Home & Your property is owned in their name or co owned in your name . And you have been or. Still caring. Your home can be charged by the local Counsel to PAY for the home if self funded.. I say Automatically Disregard your property if you have been a carer for more then 7 years..
