Cease gift aid. It is being used by some wealthy people and criminals in a number of sophisticated scams to avoid paying tax. It is a further complication in the tax system requiring additional civil servants to administer. It adds pages to the tax code. Also in these times of austerity it is another outflow of funds from the Treasury.
