It is not fair that jobseekers should be forced to foot the bill for travel to Job Centre 'signing on' appointments. Most people cannot afford to live on £71.70 or less a week so paying extortionate travel costs just to sign to say that you are still looking for work is unfair. The government needs to look again at its policies and discuss the best way forward for the unemployed.
