More details
All car insurance claims for whiplash injury should be verified by appointed GPs approved by the DOT. Each approved claim should be followed up at 6 months to determine the long term effect of the injury. At present too many people are claiming whip lash injury after an accident, getting it certified by a busy GP and then never needing any further treatment.
