Now that she has ascended to being a Baroness and permitted to sit alongside such gems of righteousness as Baroness Uddin, I would ask our PM Mr David Cameron to beseech Pope Francis to canonize Doreen Lawrence as a living Saint.
She has done so much for the world that it is only fair that she should be raised even higher to a stratosphere that places her amongst the world's most venerated people right down through the history of mankind.
