We need to get social networking sites too take to responsibilty to make changes to protect its users teenagers and vulnerable people from being cyber bullied.They should have a 24 hour approval system for photos so if they are obscene they will not be allowed through to the public forum, and a 24 hour policing to deal with trolls and cyber bullies.
