Cyclists seem to believe that traffic lights do not apply to cyclists.
In order to save cyclists lives there needs to be improved enforcement of the Highway Code with particular emphasis on cyclists.
Bicycles need to have registration numbers to enable the police to track them down when they commit traffic offences.
