Petition Three Year Road Tax for New Cars
More details
New cars require their owners to purchase an annual road tax every year. This comes with increased adminstration and therefore costs. Instead why not let car owners request a three car tax, expiring when the first MOT is due etc. Some sort of incentive could be offered as well to owners who take it up. It would also protect owners against car tax rises in that period.
