PLEASE toughen the sentences for people that Abuse or Kill Their animals!
Recently I read a Story of a 'man' that beat his puppy with wood and then told them ''I shoud have hit it with a hammer''
He has been banned from owning animals for life & jailed for ONLY 4 months, But who's to say he won't move? Who's to say this 'ban' can be enforced??
PLEASE give LIFE SENTENCES to those who abuse or KILL thier pets, to me it is the ONLY way to Prevent it from happening.
