Single Parents should not be penalised if they want to go back to college to help get a better job and working up the ladder. As I have discovered parents get no financial help if they have a career goal, this can't be done on minimum wage as fee's are too expensive and with no financial help for single parents there seems no end to bottom end of a career ladder I want to help make this change
