At this early stage of the year Shops are promoting Christmas already by selling Christmas items, Christmas advertising, etc and this should not happen in September & October. This causes depression and do make people worry about their finances. It also drives the country mad and winds people up. I feel there is no need for it whats so ever this should be made legal in December or November the earliest.
