In Norfolk a 12 year old boy raped an innocent 6 yr old wee girl, and showed no remorse on what he has done! Was given 12 month referral order, and a 12 month restraining order not to contact victim or family and her Family! We think he should have been given some sort of custodial sentence and on sex offenders list. No innocent child should be put through this and the rapist running free!
