I would like the Government to allow patients with a terminal illness to be able to take their state, work based and private pension pots as a tax free cash lump sum.
After all, if they have paid into the schemes & are not likely to live long enough to claim them why shouldn't they enjoy the rest of theirs lives with a bit more financial security.
The process to claim should be medical but simple and quick.
