Delisting the Libyan Islamic Fighting Group as a terrorist organisation would help stabilise Libya as good relations would provide intelligence on potential threats to UK/US. Furthermore resolve issues in regards to Jack Straw and Sir Mark Allen and the renditions of said members back to their homeland.
