I NEVER use chargeable directory inquiry services and I disagree violently that the taxes I cannot avoid paying because of the ludicrous archaic controlling PAYE tax collection system we use (except if you are a celebrity or a politician, of course), are taken from me and handed over to 118 companies by lazy MOD employees. They want to use 118, then they MUST pay!
