Petition make it a criminal offence for an adult to declare that they are a child to an authority

Adults who come to the UK as asylum seekers or without papers and commit criminal offences, declare they are under 18 so they can be sent to a Secure Training Centre or a YOI. We have had 30 year old men claim that they are 16 years old in Court and we have to take this as their age. The consequence of this is that they could abuse vulnerable children in custody.
