Please don't back down to teachers. Militant action that they are threatening and carrying out just to make a gain for just them selves.
Why should they be any different to the rest of us on when they retire with a pension?
If they care about the kids when parents keep them out of school because it so much trouble to get them back up to speed why is it ok when it suits the teachers gain?
Why should teachers who do the bare minimum be paid as much as ones that work hard. Ok ther should be a little enhancement for loyalty but not as much as perforance pay.
