Petition Make empty land and Derelict property owners pay 150% council tax like the empty homes

Please make it possible for localcouncils to ballot for empty land and derelict commercial property be charged at the 150% rate similar to the recent changes domestic dwellings that have been empty for more than two years.
These empty properties are an eye sore and provide no useful revenue to local councils at the moment. There is at present no reason for owners of such properties to repair, develop or even demolish to make way for much needed residential development.
