Petition Let all school age children buy clothes as "Children"

Many children are having to pay adult prices for shoes and clothes, just because they are taller .eg my grandson is just 10yrs old and was told that size 6 football boots are classed as adults ...and cost more than twice the cost of childrens boots.
All school age children should be able to get their shoes and clothes at the discounted price regardless of their size.
A proof of age card and or a change in VAT would solve this problem.
